A good surgery with great GPs. I’ve been a patient for over 15years. Only negative is about the lack of flexibility with making phone appointments- if one works and does not have an opportunity to call between 12-1 to make an afternoon appt, there should be allowances made for individuals to call in the AM, to make PM appointments.

I don't like this practice. They never have appointments available, you can't get referral or tests. Doctors are always changing. Data are getting missing. Waiting area is dirty, seats unsafe. Usually you hear "you're fine" and then patients end up in hospital where they can be properly checked and diagnosed. Reception staff give you different information. I would change the practice if only any other would accept patients from outside the catchment area.
